How Government Built This: Balancing the Bottom-Up, Top-Down Approach at Canada’s Office of the Auditor General

This week, host Cindy Good interviews Paul Faucher, Director of Enterprise Services and Digital Engagement, and Troy MacFarlene,  Deputy CIO, both from Canada's Office of the Auditor General.

They discuss how the OAG is pursuing a culture-first strategy for digital transformation, highlighted the need for benchmarking and measurable outcomes, and mentioned the value in an agile approach not just to IT modernization, but to workforce development.
